Instructions to make Steamed Poha:
  1. Nicely wash &strain water with the help of a strainer, add turmeric, lemon juice, salt and mix it well. Lest it rest for 5 mints. After 5 mints steam the poha.
  2. Heat oil put cashew & peanuts nicely fry it &keep it aside. Again heat oil put mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, saute it then pour on the steam poha. Now add fried peanuts, cashew and mix all nicely.
  3. Sprinkle with sev, pomegranate seeds, chaatmasala and serve it.
