- In a bowl put flour,sugar 2tbls butter,yeast,warm milk and mix together then kneed to have a smooth dough cover and put under the sun and allow to rise
- When it rise sprinkle flour on a clean surface then transfer it and roll it flat and then spread the remaining butter on it and the cinnamon and sugar mixture
- Then roll it gently and use thread to cut it
- Spread butter in an oven tray and arrange them then put in the oven and bake for 25mnt
- If its done garnish with the condense milk mixture and serve
