- Put the emulsified pods into a cone sieve and collect pulp in a shallow dish. This process removes the hard skin particles and left over seeds.
- Return pulp to the food processor with garlic, 1-2 cups of liquid from the boiling, salt, oregano, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Reheat sauce with meat or dilute with chicken stock.
