  3. Put a clean pot on low heat add 3 full spoon of red oil once its hot slice in small piece of onions stir then add your smooth blend pepper..add your maggi and salt to taste
  4. Increase the heat to normal cooking level then add the clean washed fish almost immediately (I do these to allow the pepper enter the fish well and make the bones soft)
