- Add milk, oil and vanilla essence to the yolks and beat well with an electric beater.
- Now take the whites, add salt and vinegar and beat gradually increasing speed till frothy.
- Add sugar little by little and continue whipping till stiff peaks are formed. Now add the yolk mix and fold gently.
- Place a sieve,add baking powder followed by flour in batches and mix using cut and fold method.
- Pour into the greased and dusted cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 30 minutes. Then increase temperature to 170°C and bake for 3 min.
- Cool completely, flip and remove from cake pan. Cool on wire rack.Slice and enjoy!
