- Take 1/2 kg beef mince. take cooking pan add 4-5 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 1 tsp of whole black pepper corns
- Add 1 tsp of whole cumin seeds, 3-4 black cardamomsAdd 2-3 strands of cinnamon, 4-5 cloves, 2-3 bay leaves stir fry when it's popping
