- Heat oil or ghee in a flat pan. Make jalebi with jalebi maker bottle or with a polythene packet. If polythene packet is used then make a small hole in it. Fry till they turn brown. Put in sugar syrup for 10 minutes. Instant jalebi is ready to serve.
