- Marinate ur chicken with seasoning of ur choice for 30min -1hr. Then heat up 3tbspoons of veg oil and pan fry each sides of chicken for 3mins, set aside and saute onion for 1min add tomato paste,knorr cube,water and the chicken and allow to boil for 15min or till chicken is soft,add potatoes and carrot and allow simmer for 8min,then add the bell pepper,sugar and ground pepper. Simmer for 3min.
