  9. And mix it and cook it also on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes
  10. After 30 minutes carefully cut the dough and open lid
  11. Remove dough carefully now tea decotion is ready
  12. Strain decotion and transfer in serving cups
  13. Add hot milk mixture in it
  14. Now irani chai is ready to serve
