Combine yogurt, chile, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a medium bowl; season with kosher salt. Scatter mint, sesame seeds, and sea salt over; drizzle with oil. I decided to revisit the recipe because it was a huge success at my thanksgiving party. (the only dish that has no leftovers).
