  23. Make ready 3 tsp black pepper
  24. Make ready 1/2 tbsp sugar

Món ăn này gồm bún (bún rối hoặc bún lá) và 'riêu cua'. Riêu cua là canh chua được nấu từ gạch cua, thịt cua giã và lọc cùng với quả dọc, cà chua, mỡ nước, giấm bỗng, nước mắm, muối, hành hoa. Bún Riêu TV ra đời như một bông hoa nhỏ góp vào cuộc sống này thêm chút yêu thương. Bún riêu cua là món ăn dân dã và nổi tiếng của người Hà Nội.

Instructions to make Bún riêu:

  12. Add chicken powder, black pepper and sugar. Mix well and steam for 23 minutes at high heat
