  1. Cut the carrots, celery and onion into a medium size.
  2. Arrange the Lamb meat into a cooking tray. Mix all the carrots, celery and onion Inyo the tray

  6. Put all the spices as I mention above the ingredients for the rice and let it simmer altogether for about a 2 minutes until itโ€™s slightly brown.
  7. Put a water that is look exactly enough for the rice and let it boil and cover let it be cook in a small heat.
  8. Now for the Rice toping.. add the butter and all the nuts that you desire and the dry grapes.. cook it until itโ€™s brown and keep it for the toppings when rice is cooked put in on the top of rice.
