  4. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical roll.
  5. Arrange roll on a drive and steam in a steamer on a high flame for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove and keep aside to cool a slightly for 5 minutes and cut 1/2" slices and keep aside.
  7. For tempering :- heat oil in a small non stick pan and add the mustard seeds when crackle add sesame seeds and cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  8. Pour the tempering over the muthia pieces and toss it lightly.
  9. Serve hot with the tea and green chutney.
