  1. Get 300 gms basa fillet
  2. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Take 1 tsp lemon juice

  7. Get 1 egg
  8. Make ready 1 tsp coriander leaves

Instructions to make Pan fried fillet:
  1. Pat dry that fish then add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon, coriander leaves and egg and coat the pieces well.
  2. Let it rest for 10 mins then add flour and coat again.
  3. Heat oil in pan and add fish pieces to it.
  4. After it's golden brown on one side,turn over and cook the other side.
  5. In the same pan add chopped vegetables and stir fry them with little salt for sometime.
  6. Serve the fish and vegetables hot.
