The ingredients needed to make Chilli Fish:
- Prepare 500 gm Vetki/Basa Fish
- Take 1 cup Onion slices
- Prepare 1 tbsp Garlick chopped
- Take 1/2 cup Capcicum chopped
- Prepare 500 gm Oil for chicken fry
- Get 2 tbsp Oil for gravy
- Prepare 3 tbsp Chilli sauce
- Take 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Get 1 tbsp Black pepper
- Get 2 piece Eggs
- Take 1 tbsp Cornflower
Instructions to make Chilli Fish:
- In a mixing bowl add the fish with egg, soy sauce 1 tbsp,cornflower 1 tsp & salt and mix and marinated atleast 1 hour.
- Heat 500 gm oil in a pan and add the fish for deep fry. Heat oil in a another pan add garlic & then add onion & capsicum & stir.
- Add salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce and fried fish and nice stir.
- Add little bit water and conflower. Garnishing with spring onion & serve hot.
