- Meanwhile, coat the slices of fish in the rava mix which is prepared with a pinch of red chilli powder and salt and some rice flour added to the rava.
- Shallow fry the fillet/fish slices in the pan From both sides until the fish is nicely cooked and tender and the coating is crisp enough for a crunch. Do not fry on high flame since the coating can burn leaving the fish uncooked.
