  1. Get 2 Sea Bass Fillets
  2. Get 1 garlic clove, minced
  3. Prepare 225 ml sweet white wine
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp lemon juice

  6. Make ready 2 tbsp olive oil
  7. Get Pinch salt
  8. Get Pinch black pepper
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp Parmesan
Instructions to make Marinated Sea Bass:
  1. Melt the butter, and then mince the garlic. Add all marinade ingredients together in a bowl and whisk lightly.
  2. Skin and debone the fish if not already done. Lay them out on a tin foil / non-flammable disposable pan.
  3. Cover them with the marinade, and fold aluminium foil over the top. Slice a few cuts in the foil to let the steam out.
  4. Heat up the BBQ, place the the fish on the pan wrapped in tin foil on the BBQ. Cook for 10minutes or until opaque. If you don't have a BBQ, bake it in the oven at 180C for 10minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
