  2. In a heavy bottom pan, add oil and fry onions and green chilles till brown caramalised
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smells goes off
  4. Add garam masala.,chilli powder and salt according to taste
  5. In another pan, heat oil, fry the boiled eggs for 3 to 4 mins with chilli powder .
  6. Add the eggs to the pan
  7. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3to 5 mins
  8. Serve hot with chapati and rotis or rice
