  13. Get 1/2 bowl tamarind
  14. Get as needed Sweet curd
  15. Get 1 cup sev

  17. Take As per taste Chaat masala
  18. Prepare as needed Black salt
  19. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. Get For katori making–
  21. Get 1 cup maida
  22. Make ready 2 tbsp ghee
  23. Take 1 tbsp salt and Black pepper powder
  24. Make ready as needed Water
  25. Take as needed Salt
  26. Take as required Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Aloo Tokri Chaat:
  1. Boil potatoes mash it and add chaat masala black salt red chilli powder and keep aside
  2. Mint chutney- wash and take curry leaves coriander leaves green chili ginger salt garlic cumin seeds lemon juice and grind it a smooth paste. And then add pinch jaljeera to it.
  3. Soak tamarind and jaggery in hot water for 1 hour. Later grind it a smooth paste. After making paste take all pulp using a strainer add water as required and boil it. For making even more thick Chutney add dates while soaking. Add it to make thick sweet chutney. While boiling add red chilli powder Black salt and jeera powder.
  4. Soak chana overnight and then boil it in the cooker for 7-8 whistles.
  5. For making katori. Take maida add ghee salt pepper and knead dough like puri adding water it should not be hard not so soft. Make small ball rol like puri and stick in one round shape in any round katori or spoon. Deep fry it immediately it will get separate from it. While frying press it in all sides. Fry till golden brown.
  6. Once katori gets cool fill it with mashed potatoes mint chutney sweet chutney sweet curd chana sev pomegranate seeds and chopped onion sprinkle chat masala and serve it. Enjoy and try this Recipe
