  5. Get 1 to 2 teaspoons Almond flour
  6. Prepare 1 Honey

  1. Take the outer shell off the cardamon pods, and lightly crush the black seeds. You can just add them uncrushed to the pan.
  2. In 200 ml of water, bring a mixture of the cinnamon, cardamon and clove to a boil. When it comes to a boil, turn the heat down to low and simmer for another 2 minutes or so.
  3. Add the tea bag, and simmer for another 2 minutes or so to extract the tea. You can just use the spices and omit the tea for the same effect.
  4. While the tea is simmering, prepare a mug and put the almond powder in it.
  5. Strain the tea into the mug.
  6. Add the honey and mix. I recommend adding a generous amount (I added 2 tablespoons worth in the photo).
  7. Mix well and it's done. This is called Kahwa in India.
