  10. if it's too thick you can add more water
  11. if it's too watery, an old trick I learned add instant potatoes, a little at a time, to thicken
  12. if you do add instant potatoes, use 1 tablespoon at a time
  13. CHICKEN
  14. season the chicken on both sides
  15. I leave the skin on in order to keep the chicken moist, again, your preference
  16. add oil to large frying pan on medium heat
  17. dash salt,pepper,and chilli powder over chicken
  18. cook 15 minutes on one side, then turn chicken over, cook another 15 minutes continue the process until done
  19. to see if the chicken is cooked,poke with a fork if juices run clear, it's done
  20. if not, continue cooking
